WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We strive to ship your order within 2-4 business days. If you choose Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship it within 24-48 hours based on the time of order placement.

WHICH CARRIER DO WE USE?

All items are shipped using trusted carriers. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the package once it arrives in your country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Our orders are shipped from our USA factory and in Amsterdam for all EU and UK deliveries. Due to Covid-19, international packages may experience delays during routing or customs procedures.

  • Within EU & UK - Expected delivery in 2-5 business days
  • USA - Expected delivery in 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Expected delivery in 4-10 business days
  • Western Europe - Expected delivery in 5-15 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Expected delivery in 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World - Expected delivery in 5-20 business days

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to ensure a smooth and quick delivery process, including providing all relevant information on the package for customs authorities.

Please note that changes to EU customs regulations may require you to pay sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. We recommend referring to your country's tax authority for guidance on fees associated with items shipped from our Amsterdam factory.

Any customs fees or taxes charged are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

For added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance, provided by us, covers lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. If you need to make a claim, please contact our support team.

Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
